Who we are
Efibb LLC operates a global learning, opportunity, creator, marketplace, family, admissions, career, and assessment platform. This policy explains Efibb’s practices when you use our websites, applications, APIs, courses, CodeArena, Global Admissions, marketplace, community, family features, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of Efibb, and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service. We do not ask children to provide their own email address for guardian-led family profiles.
- Account and profile details such as name, email, country, locale, role, preferences, and authentication records.
- Learning and assessment records such as enrollments, progress, submissions, scores, credentials, drafts, projects, interview activity, and evidence you choose to publish.
- Commerce records such as orders, payment-provider references, refunds, payouts, tax and fraud-review signals. Efibb does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
- Study-abroad and career planning records such as goals, shortlists, applications, milestones, documents, budgets, offers, resumes, and interview preparation.
- Creator, seller, employer, community, support, safety, and moderation records.
- Device, log, security, approximate network, cookie, session, and usage information needed for authentication, abuse prevention, reliability, and measurement.
How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize Efibb, complete transactions, protect accounts, maintain learning evidence, administer family controls, operate CodeArena, support Global Admissions, moderate public areas, communicate with you, meet legal duties, improve reliability, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not use child information for targeted advertising.
Legal bases and choices
Where applicable, Efibb processes information to perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, protect vital interests, or act with consent. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and service providers
We share only what is reasonably necessary with infrastructure, storage, email, payment, identity, analytics configured by Efibb, customer-support, security, and professional-service providers under appropriate restrictions. We may share information with instructors, sellers, employers, organizations, guardians, or other users when the feature requires it and the applicable visibility settings permit it. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or the service, or as part of a properly structured corporate transaction.
International use and transfers
Efibb is operated from the United States and may use providers in other countries. Where required, Efibb uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for cross-border transfers. Country-specific rights may apply regardless of where processing occurs.
Retention
Efibb keeps information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal and accounting duties, dispute resolution, safety, fraud prevention, credentials, and evidence integrity. Retention periods vary by record type. Child information is not retained indefinitely and is deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to protected safety and legal records.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sharing or automated processing, and appeal a decision. Efibb provides account settings, exports, consent withdrawal, and deletion-request tools. We may verify identity and may retain information when an exception applies.
Children and families
Guardian-led child profiles use high-privacy defaults, bounded local help, no public profiles, no direct messaging, no targeted advertising, and no open-ended child-to-external-AI prompts. Guardians may review, export, pause, withdraw consent, and delete child profiles. Additional details appear in the Family and Children’s Privacy Notice.
Security
Efibb uses layered controls including password hashing, optional MFA, encryption, scoped access, audit trails, rate limits, code-execution isolation, backups, monitoring, and incident procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the published security reporting process.
Changes and contact
Material changes are versioned, dated, and may require renewed acceptance before sensitive actions. Contact privacy@efibb.com for privacy questions or rights requests. Contact support@efibb.com for account assistance. The administrator must publish Efibb’s current mailing address and any required representative or data-protection contact before production launch.
