Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Efibb LLC when you create an account, click to accept, buy or sell through Efibb, or use the services. If you use Efibb for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Adults create and control guardian-led child profiles. Elevated instructor, seller, employer, staff, and administrator permissions require review. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Efibb’s failure to use reasonable security.
Learning and assessment
Courses, exams, labs, CodeArena, credentials, and evidence support learning and evaluation but do not guarantee admission, certification, employment, immigration status, income, or any specific outcome. You may not obtain, expose, sell, or distribute protected answer keys, hidden tests, assessment items, or proctoring controls.
CodeArena
CodeArena practice and interview features are educational simulations unless explicitly identified as an employer assessment. You may submit only code you are authorized to use. You may not attack the runner, bypass limits, exfiltrate secrets, mine cryptocurrency, scan networks, or use execution environments for unrelated workloads. Runtime availability, languages, quotas, and results may vary.
Global Admissions and career information
Efibb provides educational planning and workflow support, not legal, immigration, financial, or admissions representation unless a separately identified qualified professional expressly provides that service. Rules change; verify consequential requirements with current official sources.
Marketplace and creator content
Third-party creators and sellers are responsible for their listings, rights, accuracy, delivery, and compliance. Efibb may review, suspend, refund, remove, or preserve records to protect users and the platform. Separate buyer, seller, creator, and refund terms also apply.
Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Efibb a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and adapt it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, promote where you explicitly permit, and provide the selected service. Public content may be viewed and shared by others.
Efibb content and intellectual property
Efibb and its licensors own the platform, software, branding, original challenges, editorial material, course assets, and compilations except for user-owned content. Your access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Payments, passes, and cancellation
Prices, taxes, currency, billing cadence, renewal status, access duration, quotas, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Prepaid passes expire without automatic renewal unless the checkout clearly says otherwise and you affirmatively consent. Recurring access can be cancelled through the account using a method at least as easy as sign-up.
Acceptable conduct
Do not violate law or rights; impersonate others; harass, exploit, or endanger people; manipulate reviews or metrics; submit malware; scrape or overload the service; evade sanctions, eligibility, pricing, or account controls; or use Efibb to facilitate fraud. The Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.
Suspension and termination
Efibb may limit, suspend, or terminate access for security, fraud, nonpayment, legal compliance, repeated infringement, harmful conduct, or material breach. Where appropriate, Efibb provides notice and an appeal path. You may stop using Efibb and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention and transaction records.
Disclaimers
Efibb is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Efibb does not warrant uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, error-free content, or specific learning, admission, visa, employment, marketplace, or financial outcomes. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Efibb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss caused by third-party content or services. Efibb’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Efibb for the affected service during the previous twelve months or USD 100, except where law prohibits that limit.
Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, contact legal@efibb.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by Georgia law, excluding conflict rules, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Georgia, United States. These Terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights or lawful regulator access.
Changes and contact
Efibb versions and dates material changes and may request renewed acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service before the new terms take effect. Questions may be sent to legal@efibb.com.
