Seller responsibilities
Sellers must be authorized to sell every item, accurately describe it, disclose material terms, follow country and product controls, maintain inventory, deliver on time, support customers, and comply with tax and consumer law.
Restricted and unsafe products
Efibb may prohibit, quarantine, or require evidence for regulated, dangerous, infringing, deceptive, age-restricted, or unsupported products. Approval never transfers legal responsibility from the seller.
Pricing and payouts
Sellers approve pricing and commission rules shown in their controls. Payouts may be held for delivery, returns, disputes, fraud review, account changes, or law.
Enforcement
Efibb may reject or suspend listings, reserve or release inventory, refund buyers, offset seller balances, require corrective action, or terminate selling privileges.
